Dalat & Back to HCMC

On our last day in Dalat, we had a short walk outside the hotel before deciding to take a taxi to Lien Hoa for our breakfast. The famous Cock Church was quite near our hotel and I managed to get a close up shot of the cock on top of the building.

Over in Lien Hoa, I finally got to try Bánh mì though the fillings/sauce and bread were served separately here. I also tried duck noodles and the soup tasted great!

After our breakfast, we started the day by visiting Nha Tho Domaine de Marie. It is a pretty little church on top of a hill with a nice little garden.

I managed to try the local ice-cream by the roadside though we were unimpressed by the swarmp of flies around the stall.

Next, we visited Dalat Flower Park and had a leisurely walk there, enjoying the beautiful park.

We also went for a short boating session in Xuan Huong Lake before it rained.

After the boating session, we took a taxi to Quán Ăn Dã Quỳ for our lunch.

We did a little shopping in the area around the restaurant after our lunch before heading to Hang Nga Crazy House, which sure is an interesting guesthouse and tourist attraction.

After exploring the Crazy House, we headed back to hotel to collect our luggages and went to the airport for our domestic flight back to HCMC. Our domestic flight was delayed yet again and we arrived HCMC about 1 hour later than expected. After settling down in the hotel, we went to Bến Thành Night Market yet again for some shopping.

On our final day, we had our breakfast in a relatively quiet place called Bánh Cuốn Cà Cuống. However, I think the Bánh Cuốn here tasted really good. After breakfast, we also went to Chợ Bến Thành and Saigon Center for more shopping before our flight back to Singapore.
