Le Petite Paris de Vietnam

We arrived in Lien Khuong Airport about 1 hour later that the scheduled time due to the flight delay over in HCMC. The airport looked somewhat empty but there are quite a number of taxis waiting for customers outside. And I absolutely loved the cool weather! We paid 250,000 VND for a taxi coupon at the taxi kiosk and hopped on the taxi to DuParc Hotel.

 
As we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel looks quite good. I was just so amazed that we only had to pay about SGD50 a night for a double room in a four star hotel like this. I soon found out that the normal rate is 1,400,000 VND and the online prepayment rate given to me was 805,000 VND. The room was also very spacious and there is a bathtub in the attached bathroom. There isn't any air-conditioning but there is a ceiling fan. Anyway, it isn't too warm for a cooling place like Dalat.

After keeping our luggages in our rooms, we walked to Dalat market to get our dinner. We decided on mildly spicy hotpot along with some dishes for our dinner and it was great. After dinner, we walked around the night market before going back to hotel to rest for the day.
